Vibram Fivefingers review

Diet Tips

I realized Friday what happens when you don't eat enough complex carbs and protein in a day and then try to do P90X. Friday I had my Shakeology with a scoop of peanut butter and then a Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon Sandwich for lunch only totaling 500 calories and then had to do Legs and Back. Now i am 6'0" and 255 lbs and that is just not enough! So legs and back killed me and i barely made it though. Now today i had a good amount of carbs and protein at about 1200 calories and did Kempo-X and i killed and have a ton of energy afterwards. Made a huge difference. Always Shakeology for breakfast but need some snacks and a good lunch. Then you are prepared to Bring It! with P90X!

Day 30 of P90X. Lost 14 lbs and 3 inches off my waist

Just wanted to post my 30 day progress pictures. Mostly my pants fit real loose and i feel great. My Stomach is shrinking a bunch and i feel more flexible and athletic. I will keep bringing it for the next 60 days and cant wait to see those pics!

90 Days with P90X and Shakeology

HI my name is Darrell and I am in my 5th week of P90X and Shakeology and loving it! I have lost 13 lbs and 3 inches off my waist. I drink Shakeology every morning and love how it balances by hunger. Thats all i have to eat till 11am and i dont get hungry at all. It is fast and convenient and tastes great! I mix mine in a Magic Bullet Blender with 1 cup of Ice and 1 cup of water and a TBSP of Organic Peanut Butter. The fact that it is low glycemic and has 18 grams of protein is huge for someone like me that has trouble with blood sugar stabilization. It is also only 140 Calories and low fat. it is all natural and uses Stevia as the sweetener so it is safe to drink without the weird after taste you sometimes get with Stevia. I started at 269 lbs 5 weeks ago and now i am at 256 lbs. I didnt cut carbs out like usual just followed the P90X nutrition guide as much as possible. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs. I am 6'0" and have been involved with Sports all my life. I lifted weights competitively in High school and surfed daily. I played football all through High School and wrestled. I am only 26 so i still have that base of muscle. It is just covered in a layer of insulation :). I cant wait to remove it and improve my surfing due to being more agile and fit. P90X is great for this because it helps with balance, explosive footwork, and endurance. Plyometrics is a perfect surfing workout and could be why Kelly Slater the best surfer in world does P90X.
