Diet Tips

I realized Friday what happens when you don't eat enough complex carbs and protein in a day and then try to do P90X. Friday I had my Shakeology with a scoop of peanut butter and then a Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon Sandwich for lunch only totaling 500 calories and then had to do Legs and Back. Now i am 6'0" and 255 lbs and that is just not enough! So legs and back killed me and i barely made it though. Now today i had a good amount of carbs and protein at about 1200 calories and did Kempo-X and i killed and have a ton of energy afterwards. Made a huge difference. Always Shakeology for breakfast but need some snacks and a good lunch. Then you are prepared to Bring It! with P90X!
